2. Executive Coaching Services

2.1 Scope: Our one-on-one sessions, group workshops, and leadership retreats are designed to enhance executive performance, communication, and strategic vision.

2.2 Scheduling: Session schedules are confirmed upon booking. Changes are possible if requested at least 72 hours before the scheduled time. To request a change, contact us via our form.

2.3 Reimbursement Policy: If you cancel with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice, you qualify for a full reimbursement of fees paid. Requests submitted less than 72 hours in advance are not eligible for reimbursement, due to coach allocation and preparation costs. Sessions that have begun are not eligible for reimbursement.

2.4 Rescheduling Option: Clients who provide at least 72 hours’ notice may reschedule a session once without additional charge. Further modifications may incur a nominal processing fee.

3. Digital Products

3.1 Scope: Digital products include e-books, video courses, and assessment tools delivered via download or online portal.

3.2 Delivery and Access: Access links are sent immediately upon purchase. You are responsible for ensuring device compatibility and internet connectivity.

3.3 Reimbursement Policy: Due to the instant nature of digital delivery, requests for reimbursement must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Approved requests will be processed within 7 business days. Requests beyond this window cannot be approved.

4. Physical Products

4.1 Scope: Physical items include workbooks, journals, and branded merchandise shipped to your address.

4.2 Shipping and Handling: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

4.3 Reimbursement Policy: If items arrive damaged or defective, please notify us within 10 days of receipt for eligibility. Upon approval, we will ship a replacement or process reimbursement of the item price (excluding shipping). For unopened products in original condition, you may send them back within 30 days for a reimbursement of the item price. Send back requests after 30 days cannot be honored.

5. How Reimbursements Are Processed

Approved reimbursement amounts are sent via the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. You will receive email confirmation once processing is complete.

6. No-Reimbursement Situations

Certain services, including customized leadership retreats and live events with limited seating, are clearly marked as non-reimbursable at the time of booking. This policy covers specialized coach preparation, venue reservations, and third-party vendor commitments.

7. Changes to These Terms

Sefivion reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of any offering after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
